- • The People & Workplace Coordinator at Abacum Technologies, Inc. plays a vital role in supporting the company’s rapid growth by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the Barcelona office, enhancing employee experience, and providing essential operational support to both staff and leadership. This role is critical as Abacum scales from 120+ to over 170 employees by year-end, particularly with the expansion of its Barcelona office and ongoing global presence across New York, London, and Argentina.
- • Day to day, the coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the Barcelona office and coworking provider, managing office logistics, supplies, and facilities coordination; organizing team events, celebrations, and engagement activities; handling employee operational requests such as travel bookings, meal arrangements, and equipment needs; supporting onboarding by preparing workstations, coordinating with IT, and preparing welcome materials; and providing approximately three hours daily of executive support to the Co-Founder, including travel coordination and administrative tasks.
