- • Source, attract, and recruit top technical talent in robotics, autonomy, and hardware for a fast-scaling Series A robotics company operating in aviation ground handling.
- • Build and maintain a high-quality, consistent pipeline of candidates for engineering and technical roles across multiple open positions.
- • Partner directly with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to align sourcing strategies with evolving hiring objectives and team growth plans.
- • Employ innovative and proactive sourcing techniques including networking, industry event attendance, employer branding, and targeted outreach to identify passive and active candidates in competitive talent markets.
- • Deliver a high-quality, candidate-centric experience from first contact through offer stage, ensuring alignment with AeroVect’s employer brand and values.
- • Leverage ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever to manage recruitment workflows, track pipeline metrics, and maintain accurate candidate data.
- • Focus on hiring for highly specialized technical roles requiring deep expertise in robotics systems, autonomous navigation, embedded systems, sensor fusion, or related hardware domains.
- • Proactively identify talent clusters and communities in robotics and autonomy to expand AeroVect’s reach beyond traditional job boards.
- • Adapt sourcing strategies quickly in response to rapid company growth and shifting hiring priorities as AeroVect scales toward deployment at major global airports.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand technical requirements and translate them into compelling role narratives that attract top-tier engineers and technical specialists.
- • Ensure compliance with equitable hiring practices and contribute to building a diverse, inclusive technical team.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends in robotics and autonomy talent supply, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring patterns.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on best practices for attracting and closing technical candidates in a high-demand, low-supply labor market.
- • Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction.
- • Represent AeroVect at industry conferences, university career fairs, and technical meetups to strengthen employer visibility and talent pipeline development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on sourcing and attracting technical talent
- • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting in robotics, autonomy, or hardware domains
- • Experience using Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS platforms
- • Experience working in fast-growing, scaling startups
