- • The Sr. Client Service Specialist, Commercial Risk plays a critical role in supporting Baldwin Technology Company Inc.'s mission to deliver tailored risk management solutions that align with clients’ financial goals. Working closely with advisors, line-of-business specialists, and client servicing teams, this role ensures accurate data analysis, thorough documentation, and timely processing of insurance-related materials to drive client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- • This position is essential to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of commercial risk services, directly contributing to the firm’s ability to quote, renew, and manage complex insurance products such as flood, builder’s risk, and bonds while upholding regulatory compliance and service standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing premium allocations and drafting renewal proposals for client review; compiling documents for presenting risks to market, including applications, summaries of insurance, and coverage-related materials; assisting in the creation of presentation materials for client meetings; analyzing and summarizing complex data sets to generate reports independently; entering and managing data across insurance company and firm-specific software platforms; processing detailed audits and completing audit worksheets with precision; reviewing contract requirements for complex certificate requests and evaluating quotes in depth; quoting flood and builder’s risk policies as directed by Account Managers; managing processed-based quoting for assigned books, including NFIP, bonds, and small builder’s risk; overseeing the renewal of bonds and flood policies; identifying and following up on binding subjectivities to ensure policy issuance; training and mentoring junior Analysts to strengthen team capability; leading special projects as assigned; proactively identifying opportunities to improve firm processes, business segment performance, and operational workflows; and escalating issues or discrepancies to appropriate leadership for resolution.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry required; 3+ years preferred
- • Ability to maintain or obtain all required state insurance licenses within the first 90 days of employment
- • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
