📋 Description
- • The Regional Talent Acquisition Partner at Brown & Brown Insurance is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with staffing needs and company culture.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, developing creative recruitment strategies, screening resumes, conducting assessments and reference checks, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting onboarding and internal mobility efforts.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in regional talent markets, build strong relationships with hiring leaders and external networks, and contribute to strategic workforce planning while gaining experience in full-cycle recruitment within a growing insurance organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate setting or placement firm
- • Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail
