đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst on Zillow’s Frontline Products team, you will play a critical role in enabling sales organizations to operate efficiently and grow revenue by aligning processes, safeguarding data integrity, and building scalable analysis and reporting capabilities that directly support Zillow’s mission to empower people in their real estate journey.
  • • You will partner closely with Agent Sales teams to document current-state processes, identify pain points, and translate them into clear Salesforce requirements; lead discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and requirements workshops; and translate business needs into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria while collaborating with Product & Engineering in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
  • • You will plan and execute structured QA/UAT for new Salesforce features and enhancements, maintain up-to-date documentation of sales processes, system logic, and runbooks, and serve as a liaison between Sales, Sales Ops, and Product & Engineering to triage issues, propose improvements, and align operational processes across sales organizations.
  • • You will support large-scale initiatives such as CRM migrations, team integrations, and cross-sell or bundling efforts, and analyze sales performance and pipeline data to build and refine dashboards and reports, track post-deployment KPIs, impact, and ROI to guide data-informed decisions.
  • • You will work within a mission-driven team at Zillow Group, a company recognized as a FORTUNE 100 Best Company to Work For® in 2025 and included on the PEOPLE Companies That Care® 2025 list, where your contributions help reshape the real estate industry and empower customers to navigate buying, selling, financing, and renting with greater ease and confidence.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, sales operations, and data analytics while strengthening your ability to bridge business and technical teams, influence cross-functional decision-making, and drive measurable impact on sales performance and partner experience—positioning you for growth into leadership roles in Sales Operations, Product Management, or Enterprise Architecture.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst, Salesforce Business Analyst, or similar role supporting sales organizations.
  • • Salesforce experience is required; Salesforce administrator experience and exposure to system integrations, workflows, and automations are preferred.
  • • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
  • • Solid understanding of sales processes and concepts, ideally with experience supporting multiple sales teams or lines of business; prior direct sales experience is a plus.
  • • Working knowledge of SQL or similar querying/programming languages is preferred.
  • • Skilled at synthesizing multiple viewpoints, advocating for each side, and embracing a “disagree and commit” mentality when decisions are made.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive base salary ranging from $86,300.00 to $145,100.00 annually depending on location, with additional eligibility for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location.
  • • Recognition as part of a company honored as a FORTUNE 100 Best Company to Work For® in 2025 and included on the PEOPLE Companies That Care® 2025 list, reflecting an innovative, inclusive, and engaging culture.
  • • Fully remote work arrangement within the USA, allowing flexibility to work from any of the 50 U.S. states (with limited exceptions) while contributing to a mission-driven organization reshaping the real estate industry.
  • • Opportunity to work on large-scale, impactful initiatives including CRM migrations, team integrations, and cross-sell efforts that directly influence revenue growth and partner experience across Zillow’s Frontline teams.
  • • Access to professional development through collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Sales Ops teams, exposure to Agile methodologies, and involvement in end-to-end solution lifecycle from discovery to post-deployment KPI tracking.
