- • The role of Perform Properties Transition Incumbents involves supporting property transition processes, ensuring smooth handover and operational continuity for real estate assets under management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing documentation related to property transitions, tracking progress of transition activities, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and client requirements.
- • The role is part of Cushman & Wakefield’s operations team, a global leader in commercial real estate services, where the incumbent contributes to delivering seamless transitions for clients across property portfolios.
- • The individual will gain hands-on experience in real estate operations, property management workflows, and client service coordination, developing skills in process execution, stakeholder communication, and operational detail orientation within a multinational firm.
