- • The Performance and Workforce Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by aligning people, processes, and performance to achieve strategic business outcomes, focusing on workforce optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- • Day to day, the role involves analyzing performance metrics to meet SLAs and KPIs, leading continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with sourcing and delivery teams to measure sourcing effectiveness, developing dashboards in Workday and Power BI, forecasting workforce supply and demand, managing capacity planning and utilization, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies, and collaborating cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Delivery, and Operations to align workforce planning and performance insights.
