📋 Description

• As a Performance Campaign Manager for Microsoft at Aleph Holding Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable advertising results for clients in the Czech Republic by leveraging Microsoft’s advertising platforms and performance agency expertise.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include understanding the needs of agencies and marketers, developing and optimizing performance campaigns, delivering against ambitious sales targets, and ensuring clients achieve maximum ROI from Microsoft’s advertising solutions.
• You will join a fast-growing, innovative global team at Aleph, which represents leading platforms like TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others across 130+ markets, empowering advertisers to unlock the full potential of digital advertising.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in digital advertising performance, agency collaboration, and data-driven campaign optimization while contributing to Aleph’s mission of shaping the future of the digital advertising landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital advertising and the performance agency landscape in the Czech Republic
• Ability to understand the needs of agencies and marketers to deliver measurable results
• Proven experience in driving performance against ambitious sales targets
• Experience working with Microsoft advertising platforms or equivalent performance marketing tools
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills to build long-lasting partnerships
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for measurable outcomes
