- • Lead the development and execution of performance-driven creative assets across multiple digital channels for a portfolio of clients, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and business objectives.
- • Partner closely with Digital and Motion Designers to produce high-performing, scalable creative concepts optimized for paid media campaigns.
- • Own creative strategy through data-informed testing, iteration, and optimization to drive measurable growth across the marketing funnel.
- • Apply deep understanding of channel-specific dynamics (e.g., social, search, programmatic) to inform creative direction and maximize ROI.
- • Collaborate with internal paid media teams to ensure creative output is strategically aligned with media buys, targeting, and campaign goals.
- • Translate performance data and campaign insights into actionable creative improvements, maintaining a continuous feedback loop between analytics and production.
- • Manage end-to-end creative workflows from concept to delivery, ensuring timely production and adherence to brand guidelines and platform specifications.
- • Serve as a creative thought leader within the Performance Creative team, contributing to the evolution of testing frameworks and scalable creative models.
- • Maintain awareness of emerging creative trends, platform updates, and ad formats to keep client campaigns innovative and competitive.
- • Present creative performance insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and strategic context.
- • Support the Associate Director in mentoring junior creatives and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- • Ensure all creative assets meet technical requirements for each platform, including aspect ratios, file sizes, captioning, and compliance standards.
- • Balance multiple client priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining quality and consistency across all deliverables.
- • Contribute to the development of standardized creative templates and asset libraries to improve efficiency and scalability across campaigns.
- • Participate in client onboarding, brief reviews, and performance retrospectives to align creative strategy with evolving business needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing performance creative in a digital advertising agency or in-house marketing environment
- • Demonstrated success in creating and optimizing high-performing ad creative for paid media channels (social, search, programmatic)
- • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creative impacts CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent
- • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative improvements
- • Experience collaborating with media buyers, analysts, and designers in cross-functional teams
