📋 Description

• We're a fast-growing, European-headquartered AI SaaS startup building the future of automated business communication for SMEs.
• We're looking for a Performance Marketer – Google Ads to own and scale our paid acquisition engine across international markets.
• This is a high-impact, hands-on role with full accountability for large and growing ad budgets.
• You'll work closely with a performance marketing team and Go-to-Market managers to drive measurable acquisition and conversion outcomes.
• Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Manage and scale large paid budgets (currently ~€150k/month, with a clear path toward €1M/month), with a performance-first mindset.
• Own end-to-end tracking and conversion setup, including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
• Design and execute systematic tests of new campaign structures and landing pages.
• Extract learnings from experiments, iterate quickly, and deliver measurable, data-backed impact.
• Adapt campaign strategies to different market dynamics as we expand internationally.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance Marketing teammates and Go-to-Market managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing €150k+ monthly Google Ads budgets with potential to scale to €1M/month.
• Hands-on ownership of tracking and attribution setup using Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
• Demonstrated experience running and adapting international Google Ads campaigns across different markets.
