- • This role is pivotal in driving MNTN’s revenue growth by leveraging LinkedIn’s advertising platform to generate high-quality leads. As the Performance Marketer, you will be the architect of campaigns that directly impact pipeline development, ensuring marketing efforts translate into measurable business outcomes. Your work will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and sales execution, making you a key player in MNTN’s growth trajectory.
- • **What You’ll Do Day-to-Day**
- • **Design and Execute LinkedIn Campaigns:** Develop and manage end-to-end LinkedIn advertising campaigns tailored to generate high-intent leads. This includes crafting compelling ad creatives, targeting the right audiences, and optimizing bids to maximize ROI.
- • **Optimize the Marketing Funnel:** Implement and refine lead-generation strategies for each stage of the funnel—from awareness to conversion. Use data-driven insights to adjust messaging, audience segmentation, and channel mix to improve performance.
- • **Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM):** Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute ABM initiatives, ensuring campaigns align with sales goals and target high-value accounts. Your efforts will directly support the sales pipeline by nurturing leads through personalized engagement.
- • **Create Thought Leadership Content:** Develop and promote content that establishes MNTN as a leader in Connected TV advertising. This includes whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and LinkedIn posts that engage prospects and drive brand awareness.
- • **Test, Analyze, and Optimize:** Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to identify what works best. Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track KPIs like Cost Per Lead (CPL) and conversion rates, and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- • **Collaborate Across Teams:** Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest new tools or features that could enhance lead generation. Your insights will shape broader marketing strategies and product roadmaps.
- • **Monitor Conversions and Attribution:** Ensure marketing efforts are tracked and attributed correctly using CRM and attribution systems. Your ability to connect campaign performance to revenue will be critical in demonstrating the impact of your work.
