- • As a Performance Marketing Manager at Kpler, you will play a pivotal role in driving top-of-the-funnel growth by generating high-quality leads and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that fuel the company’s expansion in the commodities, energy, and maritime intelligence markets. Your work will directly impact Kpler’s ability to scale its customer base and reinforce its position as a leader in global trade data solutions.
- • You will own end-to-end demand generation across digital and organic channels, focusing on optimizing website conversion rates (CRO), managing paid media campaigns, executing SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies, and developing content marketing initiatives that attract and engage target audiences. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase lead volume, improve conversion efficiency, and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC) through data-driven experimentation and continuous optimization.
- • Kpler is a fast-growing, international company founded in 2014 with over 700 experts across 35+ countries, dedicated to transforming complex global trade data into clear, actionable insights for clients in commodities, energy, and maritime sectors. The company prides itself on innovation, user-friendly platforms, and a collaborative culture that empowers employees to make meaningful contributions to its mission of simplifying global market intelligence.
- • You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and analytics to align marketing efforts with business goals, gaining deep exposure to B2B SaaS growth strategies in a niche but high-impact industry. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in performance marketing within a data-centric environment, sharpen your analytical and strategic skills, and contribute to measurable business outcomes while advancing your career in a dynamic, innovation-driven organization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and industry-specific channels to drive targeted traffic and lead generation.
- • You will conduct regular SEO and AEO audits, implement technical and content-based improvements, and collaborate with content creators to ensure Kpler’s digital presence ranks highly for relevant search queries and answer-based results.
- • You will analyze website user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms to identify conversion bottlenecks and run A/B tests on landing pages, forms, and CTAs to improve lead capture efficiency.
- • You will develop and manage content marketing strategies, including whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and blog posts, tailored to the needs of Kpler’s target audience in commodities, energy, and maritime trading.
- • You will monitor, report on, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, MQL volume, conversion rates, and CAC, using insights to reallocate budget and refine tactics for maximum ROI.
- • You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and provide feedback on lead quality, helping to refine targeting and messaging based on real-world sales outcomes.
- • You will stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, particularly in B2B and intent-based channels, and experiment with new tactics such as account-based marketing (ABM), retargeting, and AI-driven content optimization to maintain a competitive edge.
