- • As Performance Marketing Manager at Montu UK Limited, you will own and drive paid social performance marketing for a regulated healthcare advertiser, directly impacting patient access to cannabis-based medicines through compliant, high-impact acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- • You will develop and execute specialist paid social strategies that navigate complex MHRA guidelines and platform health policies, turning regulatory constraints into creative opportunities to reach and convert the right audiences in a sensitive advertising environment.
- • Day to day, you will design and manage paid social campaign architectures, configure advanced tracking and attribution systems in GDPR-sensitive environments, analyse performance data to generate actionable insights, and optimise significant media budgets for ROI and learning velocity.
- • You will collaborate closely with creative, brand, UX, analytics, product, clinical, legal, and compliance teams to produce compliant, high-performing assets and provide expert guidance on platform policy, channel feasibility, and integrated campaign planning.
- • You will support multi-market execution, adapt strategies to differing regulatory frameworks, contribute to broader paid media planning including Paid Search, and assist in demand forecasting and channel mix optimisation.
- • You will operate with high autonomy as the organisation’s subject-matter expert for paid social in regulated healthcare, advising senior stakeholders on compliance, performance, and growth decisions while managing material budgets and driving measurable acquisition outcomes.
- • You will work within a mission-driven digital health company transforming lives through innovative technology and clinical care, where your expertise directly expands access to safe, effective treatments and supports meaningful change in healthcare access.
- • You will develop advanced skills in regulated advertising, technical tracking in consent-led environments, cross-functional leadership in complex compliance landscapes, and strategic performance marketing at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and data-driven growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 6 years' professional experience in paid digital performance marketing, with demonstrable experience managing paid social campaigns at significant scale (£100k+ monthly spend).
- • Advanced, hands-on expertise across Meta and TikTok paid advertising platforms, including campaign architecture, audience strategy, and technical setup.
- • Proven experience in a regulated or restricted advertising environment, with working knowledge of MHRA guidelines or equivalent healthcare advertising standards.
- • Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data, attribution, and conversion funnels, including in data-limited or low-volume regulated environments.
- • Technical fluency in tracking, consent-led environments, GA4, and campaign architecture.
- • Ability to work independently, manage complex workloads, and deliver against commercial objectives with a high degree of autonomy.
