- • Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including search, social, and display to drive pipeline and revenue growth for a B2B SaaS company.
- • Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns aligned directly to pipeline and revenue targets using measurable, ROI-focused strategies.
- • Partner with Content and Product Marketing teams to develop high-converting assets and messaging tailored to AI-powered SaaS products.
- • Manage multi-channel marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets with accountability for performance outcomes across all paid channels.
- • Analyze full-funnel performance data to identify optimization opportunities and improve conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey.
- • Test and scale new paid media channels, audience segments, and AI-driven use cases to expand customer acquisition efficiency.
- • Utilize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce) to track, segment, and nurture leads generated through paid campaigns.
- • Leverage analytics tools including Google Analytics, Looker, and Tableau to measure campaign effectiveness and inform data-backed decisions.
- • Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams across US time zones (EST–PST) using Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana.
- • Maintain strict adherence to remote work protocols, including consistent communication, timely response times, and asynchronous collaboration.
- • Ensure all campaign reporting and performance metrics are documented, shared, and used to guide future strategy and budget allocation.
- • Record a video as part of the mandatory application process; failure to do so disqualifies the candidate from consideration for any role.
- • Work exclusively with US- or UK-based companies and maintain fluency in remote collaboration environments.
- • Apply performance marketing expertise specifically within a B2B SaaS context, with a focus on AI-powered product positioning and buyer behavior.
- • Continuously refine targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives based on real-time performance data and competitive insights.
- • Align all marketing activities with company-wide revenue goals and ensure transparency in campaign performance reporting.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving paid media platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising ecosystems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B performance or demand marketing within a SaaS environment
- • Strong understanding of AI-powered products and performance-driven buyer behavior
- • Demonstrated success managing paid media programs that drive pipeline and revenue
- • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
- • Strong analytical and optimization skills
- • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies
