This is a critical, newly created role designed to accelerate our expansion in this key market. You will be instrumental in strengthening OKX's presence and significantly scaling our user base by developing and executing a world-class, data-driven performance growth engine.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to own the local market paid channel strategy and execution for Taiwan. This includes meticulous budget management, strategic channel planning, and continuous performance optimization to drive user acquisition and ultimately, trading volume. You will be expected to develop deep expertise in one or more core paid channels, employing advanced strategies, rigorous experimentation, and iterative improvements to maximize growth efficiency and return on investment.
• • You will manage the entire performance marketing funnel, encompassing everything from creative testing and audience segmentation to sophisticated bidding optimization and landing page enhancements. A structured A/B testing approach will be crucial for identifying and implementing winning strategies across all campaign elements.
