- • Shape the future of digital healthcare at Eucalyptus Inc. as our first Performance Marketing Manager focused on the German market. You will own the full-funnel strategy and execution for Juniper, our evidence-based weight-management brand, in a region where obesity affects more than 16 million adults and demand for medically-supervised telehealth is exploding.
- • Build and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and emerging channels, allocating a multi-million-euro annual budget and optimising to strict CAC, ROAS and LTV targets. You will launch, test and iterate hundreds of ad variants per month, using rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to uncover the hooks, visuals and landing-page flows that resonate with German consumers.
- • Translate complex clinical concepts into crisp, compliant copy that still converts. Working hand-in-hand with our in-house medical writers and external regulatory consultants, you will ensure every headline, description and call-to-action meets local advertising and pharmaceutical regulations while remaining punchy and persuasive.
- • Own the German keyword universe. You will map search intent from broad “abnehmen” queries to long-tail GLP-1 medication terms, building negative lists, ad-group structures and bid strategies that capture high-intent traffic at the lowest possible cost. You will also pioneer non-branded educational campaigns that position Juniper as the trusted authority on sustainable weight loss.
- • Design and run always-on lifecycle campaigns that nurture leads from first click to first prescription and beyond. Using Braze, Segment and Looker, you will build triggered email, push and in-app journeys that educate, reassure and upsell, driving incremental revenue and reducing churn.
- • Collaborate with our Berlin-based brand studio to produce thumb-stopping creative that feels native to each platform. You will brief designers, motion artists and UGC creators, then rapidly test 9:16 videos, static carousels and interactive stories, feeding performance insights back into the next creative sprint.
- • Partner with data science to build incrementality and media-mix models that prove the true impact of every euro spent. You will own the weekly marketing scorecard, presenting findings to the Eucalyptus Growth Board and influencing company-wide budget decisions.
- • Influence product and clinical roadmaps. Your funnel insights will directly shape new pricing tiers, medication offerings and patient-support features, ensuring the German market gets a programme that is both medically effective and commercially scalable.
- • Stay ahead of the regulatory curve. You will monitor BfArM, FSA and platform policy changes, pre-empting creative disapprovals and ensuring campaigns stay live even as rules tighten.
- • Build and mentor a future team. In your first 12 months you will hire and coach two channel specialists, instilling a culture of hypothesis-driven experimentation and radical transparency.
- • Represent Eucalyptus at German health-tech events, sharing anonymised case studies that cement our reputation as the growth engine of modern telehealth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native-level German and fluent English; proven ability to write high-converting, compliant ad copy in German
- • 4+ years hands-on performance marketing experience with at least €1 M annual spend across Google Ads and paid social
- • Deep knowledge of German healthcare advertising regulations (Heilmittelwerbegesetz, social platform policies)
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL or Looker; comfortable building cohort LTV and incrementality models
- • Experience managing creative production pipelines and briefing external agencies or freelancers
