đź“‹ Description

  • • As the Performance Marketing Manager for the German and Austrian markets, you will be instrumental in driving significant growth and profitability for Angi Inc. by expertly managing and optimizing paid search campaigns. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that directly shape how we connect with both sides of our dynamic marketplace: homeowners seeking reliable services and skilled tradespeople looking for valuable work.
  • • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous optimization of critical paid search platforms, primarily Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Your core objective will be to ensure these campaigns not only meet but exceed performance targets, maximizing profitability and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve conducting in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential opportunities and uncover new avenues for campaign expansion. You will meticulously plan and execute rigorous ad copy testing strategies, analyzing results to refine messaging and improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
  • • Performance analysis will be at the heart of your work. You will delve into campaign data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies to enhance overall campaign effectiveness. This includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), ROAS, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates, and implementing adjustments to achieve optimal results.
  • • Collaboration will be essential. You will partner closely with our Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced reporting mechanisms and translate complex data into actionable insights. This cross-functional collaboration will ensure that our paid search efforts are aligned with broader business objectives and that we are leveraging the most sophisticated analytical tools available.
  • • Staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape is crucial. You will be expected to continuously monitor industry trends, emerging best practices, and competitor activities. This proactive approach will enable you to test new strategies, explore innovative campaign structures, and identify untapped opportunities for paid search growth within the DE/AT markets.
  • • You will manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and achieve financial goals. This includes forecasting spend, tracking performance against budget, and making informed decisions to optimize budget allocation based on real-time data.
  • • The role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, encouraging you to take ownership of your campaigns and drive them towards success. You will be empowered to experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to uncover innovative solutions and push the boundaries of performance marketing.
  • • Your contributions will directly influence the success of Angi's paid marketing efforts in a key European region, providing a tangible impact on the company's growth trajectory. This is an opportunity to make a significant mark in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • • You will be expected to develop and maintain a deep understanding of the German and Austrian markets, including consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory nuances that may impact paid search strategies.
  • • This role offers a chance to work in an environment that champions innovation and data-driven experimentation, where your ideas and insights are valued and encouraged.
  • • You will be responsible for reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on key metrics, insights, and future plans.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for performance marketing, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
