- • Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy for Google Ads and Meta Ads, with full accountability for cost per consultation and patient volume targets across all markets
- • Manage and evaluate performance marketing agency partners, with the authority to replace or scale them based on ROI and operational efficiency
- • Develop and execute city-level budget allocation strategies to drive geographic expansion toward 20+ cities by 2026, aligning spend with market potential and conversion metrics
- • Improve cross-channel attribution by leveraging Posthog, BigQuery, and Pulse to build accurate conversion tracking models and reduce feedback loops between ad spend and patient outcomes
- • Partner with internal and external content teams to define ad creative strategy, test messaging hooks, and establish a faster iterative cycle for high-performing creatives
- • Build and maintain scalable reporting dashboards that track KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CAC, and patient acquisition funnel metrics
- • Optimize campaigns for long sales cycles and delayed conversion attribution, where patient decisions unfold over weeks or months after initial ad exposure
- • Collaborate with the CMO and CEO to align paid media goals with overall company growth targets and healthcare delivery expansion plans
- • Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify new opportunities for acquisition efficiency and market penetration in the digital health obesity care space
- • Translate patient journey insights into targeted ad sequences that support engagement through telehealth, clinic referrals, and 12-month wraparound care
- • Maintain compliance with healthcare advertising regulations while maximizing lead volume and consultation conversion rates
- • Drive continuous testing of landing pages, ad copy variations, and audience segments to improve overall acquisition efficiency
- • Own the optimization of campaign budgets across device, demographic, and geographic segments to maximize patient acquisition within target cost parameters
- • Serve as a player/coach: Hands-on execution of daily campaign management while mentoring and guiding agency partners or future team members
- • Maintain deep familiarity with performance marketing tools including Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and CRM integrations
- • Document and institutionalize best practices for scaling paid acquisition in a regulated healthcare environment
- • Ensure all paid media activities align with the company’s mission to provide safe, affordable, and effective non-surgical weight loss solutions to 40% of Americans with obesity
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads at $100K+/month in spend
- • Proven experience managing multi-market or geo-targeted campaigns with delayed conversion attribution
- • Track record of evaluating and directing performance marketing agencies
- • Strong analytical skills and ability to build independent reporting using tools like BigQuery, Posthog, and Pulse
- • Experience in healthcare or DTC health marketing
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced, seed-stage startup environment with high autonomy and evolving processes
