- • As a Performance Marketing Manager at Nelly Sweden AB, you will take full ownership of the company’s paid performance marketing, building and scaling in-house campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to support Nelly’s mission of becoming Europe’s leading AI-powered FinTech for healthcare.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include rebuilding Meta Ads from scratch, developing LinkedIn and Google Ads strategies, coordinating creative testing with the content team, managing attribution and tracking (UTM, HubSpot, Pixel, GA4), delivering weekly and monthly performance reports, integrating AI tools and marketing automations, and collaborating closely with Product Marketing on B2B messaging and positioning.
- • You will join a mission-driven tech company headquartered in Berlin (with flexibility for Hamburg) that is transforming healthcare administration through intelligent automation, backed by a €50M Series B funding round and committed to reducing administrative burden so medical teams can focus on patient care.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B/SaaS performance marketing, gain end-to-end ownership of paid channels, influence creative strategy through data-driven testing, and grow as a marketing operator in a fast-scaling, purpose-driven environment that values curiosity, collaboration, and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with proven expertise in Meta Ads within B2B or SaaS
- • Ability to independently manage campaigns end-to-end without agency reliance — acting as an operator, not just a briefing party
- • Understanding that performance marketing includes creative strategy — actively contributing to hooks, angles, and CTAs as part of campaign execution
- • German language proficiency at C1 level
