  • • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads for a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand in apparel and accessories
  • • Restructure and improve campaign and account architecture to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPM, CAC, CTR, ROAS, MER, and CVR across all paid channels
  • • Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining or improving profitability and customer acquisition efficiency
  • • Develop and oversee creative testing strategies to identify high-performing ad concepts, hooks, formats, and messaging
  • • Collaborate with internal design teams and UGC creators to guide the development of performance-driven ad creatives
  • • Identify creative fatigue and recommend new testing angles, formats, and messaging to sustain campaign performance
  • • Provide strategic feedback on ad creatives, landing pages, and overall funnel performance to improve conversion rates
  • • Support full-funnel acquisition strategy and customer journey optimization for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • • Identify opportunities to expand into retention and lifecycle marketing channels beyond paid acquisition
  • • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with clear, actionable insights and data-driven recommendations
  • • Analyze attribution models and channel performance to inform budget allocation and strategic decision-making
  • • Maintain organized reporting dashboards and documentation for consistent performance tracking and stakeholder alignment
  • • Continuously test and iterate on campaigns based on performance data and emerging trends
  • • Operate during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to align with client time zones and support U.S.-based ecommerce operations
  • • Work in a fast-paced, high-growth ecommerce environment requiring proactive problem-solving and strong organizational skills
  • • Demonstrate deep understanding of Meta advertising best practices and multi-channel paid acquisition strategies
  • • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret complex performance data and make rapid, strategic decisions
  • • Maintain a detail-oriented approach to campaign management, reporting, and optimization workflows
  • • Contribute to shaping the brand’s paid media strategy at a pivotal stage of growth alongside a collaborative creative team

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience managing paid media for DTC ecommerce brands
  • • Proven experience scaling ecommerce brands through performance marketing
  • • Strong understanding of creative strategy and performance optimization
  • • Experience managing multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
  • • Deep understanding of Meta advertising best practices
  • • Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions quickly
