- • As the Personal Assistant to the Chairman at BJAK, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functioning of his personal life, thereby enabling him to dedicate his full focus and energy to leading Southeast Asia's premier digital financial platform. This is a pivotal, high-trust role situated at our Petaling Jaya HQ, demanding a proactive and exceptionally organized individual to manage a diverse range of personal and logistical responsibilities. Your primary mission is to act as the Chairman's steadfast support system, anticipating his needs and proactively addressing them to maintain his equilibrium and efficiency.
- • Your responsibilities will span the meticulous management of the Chairman's personal calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating daily routines, and overseeing family-related matters. This involves a deep understanding of his preferences and priorities to ensure his time is optimized and his personal commitments are met without disruption. You will be the central point of contact for all personal logistical arrangements, ensuring that every detail is handled with precision and care.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves the comprehensive coordination of both personal and business travel. This includes researching and booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring all arrangements align with the Chairman's schedule and preferences. You will be responsible for creating detailed travel itineraries, managing any necessary visa or documentation requirements, and providing on-the-ground support during his travels to resolve any unforeseen issues promptly.
- • Day-to-day logistics will be a core part of your function. This encompasses managing meal arrangements, ensuring his wardrobe is prepared as needed, overseeing the delivery and receipt of personal items, and making reservations for various personal engagements. You will also be tasked with running personal errands, which may require flexibility in timing and location, and coordinating with a network of household vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- • The role extends to orchestrating gifts, celebrations, and significant family or personal events. This requires a keen sense of occasion, discretion, and the ability to manage these arrangements with sophistication and thoughtfulness, reflecting positively on the Chairman and his family.
- • You will act as a professional liaison, interacting with family members, external contacts, and the Chairman's personal network. Maintaining clear, concise, and professional communication is paramount in these interactions.
- • Financial administration for personal matters will also fall under your purview. This includes tracking personal payments, managing expense claims, overseeing renewals for various services and memberships, and meticulously organizing and maintaining personal documentation.

- • While the role is primarily focused on personal support, there will be opportunities to occasionally assist with business-related executive assistant tasks when your schedule permits. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, Executive Assistant, or a closely related role, with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders, high-profile individuals, or managing complex household logistics.
- • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with an obsessive attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- • High degree of maturity, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- • Possess own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with the ability to comfortably run errands and manage logistics across the Klang Valley.
