- • Your primary responsibility will be to act as the Chairman's trusted right hand, providing a steady and supportive presence behind the scenes. This involves anticipating needs before they arise, proactively solving problems, and ensuring that both professional and personal spheres are managed with utmost efficiency and care. By bringing structure, peace of mind, and clarity to the Chairman's world, you will directly contribute to sharper decision-making, smoother daily operations, and a more focused leadership approach. - • Key responsibilities encompass the comprehensive management of the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling appointments, managing personal commitments, and handling family-related matters with sensitivity and efficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of both personal and business travel, which includes booking flights, arranging transportation, securing accommodations, and ensuring all logistical details are flawlessly executed. This extends to managing day-to-day personal logistics such as coordinating meals, preparing wardrobe selections, overseeing deliveries, and making reservations for various needs.
- • Furthermore, you will be tasked with running personal errands, a critical function that requires resourcefulness and excellent time management. This includes liaising with and managing household vendors and service providers to ensure all personal needs are met to the highest standard. The role also involves the thoughtful arrangement of gifts, the planning and execution of celebrations, and the coordination of family or personal events, requiring a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to event management.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be to act as a professional liaison, communicating effectively with family members, external contacts, and the Chairman's personal network. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager.
- • Proven experience supporting senior leaders, high-profile individuals, or managing complex household logistics.
- • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- • High level of maturity, sound judgment, and the ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
