- • As a Personal Injury Case Manager at Morgan & Morgan, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys and clients through the legal process, helping ensure injured individuals receive fair compensation and justice. This role is essential to the firm’s mission of being 'For the People' by managing case workflows that directly impact client outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will interact with clients and potential clients via phone and in person, order and follow up on medical records, gather documentation to support injury and liability claims, communicate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers, maintain organized case files, prepare demands and supporting documents under attorney supervision, and collaborate with legal teams to manage cases from intake to closure.

- • In this role, you will develop strong case management skills, deepen your understanding of personal injury litigation processes, enhance your communication and organizational abilities, and gain hands-on experience working alongside attorneys in a high-impact legal setting—building a foundation for long-term growth in the legal or claims management field.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- • Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or Prelitigation Paralegal (strongly preferred)
- • At least 2 years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster (strongly preferred)
- • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (typing 35+ wpm)
