📋 Description
- • As a Personal Lines Sales Agent at Trellis, you will play a key role in reimagining how insurance is bought and sold by helping customers across the country find personalized coverage through a wide network of over 80 insurance carriers, using innovative technology and a customer-first approach.
- • Day to day, you will sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, and more; own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email; leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflow; and close 60+ policies per month with warm, inbound leads — no cold calling required.
- • Trellis is a profitable, fast-growing Series A startup backed by General Catalyst, QED, NYCA, and Amex Ventures, operating as a remote-first team that moves quickly, experiments boldly, and builds with intention to bring clarity and ease to the insurance experience.
- • In this role, you can achieve uncapped earning potential with top performers consistently earning $100K+ and some breaking $160K, while growing your career in a transparent, collaborative culture that rewards initiative and offers clear pathways for ownership and advancement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses
- • 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
- • Experience in a contact center environment that offers multiple carriers
- • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- • Excellent communication skills - phone and written
- • Tech-savvy, motivated, and always ready to adapt
