- • As a Personal Loan Specialist at Reprise Financial, you will play a vital role in simplifying the financial journey for customers by providing transparent, accessible personal loan solutions that empower individuals to take control of their finances without hidden fees or complex terms.
- • You will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers navigating the loan application process, using your communication and sales expertise to build lasting relationships, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless, customer-first experience that aligns with the company’s mission of integrity and innovation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound phone calls and emails through a dialer system, engaging with customers at various stages of the application process via phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
- • You will assess customer needs, explore suitable loan options, and persuasively explain the value of Reprise Financial’s offerings while guiding customers through document uploads, information verification, and application notation.
- • You will proactively address questions, concerns, and objections, going the extra mile to build trust, loyalty, and satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- • You will adhere strictly to company policies, state and federal lending laws, and compliance guidelines, ensuring all interactions meet regulatory and ethical standards.
- • You will complete comprehensive sales training covering product knowledge, sales tactics, objection handling, and core systems to continuously improve your performance.
- • You will work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while collaborating with team members and management to meet and exceed monthly performance metrics.
- • You will actively seek and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement in both personal performance and team processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably with dialer system experience or high-volume call handling.
- • Proven customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies, including the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse customers.
- • Proficiency with computers and digital tools, including email, chat platforms, and internal CRM or loan management systems.
- • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting while adapting to changing priorities.
- • Basic understanding of credit bureau reporting and familiarity with lending compliance principles (training provided).
