This critical task will be performed in strict accordance with 9amHealth’s coaching protocol and in close collaboration with our medical Providers, always prioritizing patient safety and efficacy.
• • You will proactively identify and address potential barriers to medication adherence, meticulously manage drug-drug interactions, and effectively mitigate side effects, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes for our patients.
• • Accurate, consistent, and compliant documentation of all patient care activities is paramount. You will maintain detailed records in adherence with 9amHealth’s internal protocols, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
