- • As a Pharmacy Network Consultant Principal at Prime Therapeutics, you will drive the development, performance, and management of retail, mail, and quality-based pharmacy networks to align with Supply Chain Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) strategies and network management objectives.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating complex pharmacy agreements across retail, mail, and specialty channels; leading network initiatives through analysis, contracting, and fee schedule development; partnering with analytics teams to implement vendor loading rules and compliance reporting; analyzing quarterly pharmacy performance reports to identify gaps and implement corrective actions; managing end-to-end pharmacy contract lifecycle from negotiation to compliance and documentation; collaborating with legal teams to update contract documents based on evolving requirements; and supporting cross-functional alignment between Network Management and Specialty teams.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in pharmacy network contracting, regulatory compliance, data-driven network analysis, and stakeholder collaboration across legal, clinical, and analytics teams—positioning you as a trusted advisor in PBM network strategy and operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience; high school diploma or GED required
- • 8 years of network management experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), healthcare, or other highly regulated industry, including 5 years of managed care experience in medical or pharmacy network contracting
- • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
