These tools will be instrumental in bridging the gap between cutting-edge clinical practices and scalable operational efficiency within our specialized pharmacy environment. • In this critical role, you will be more than just a software manager; you will be the architect of the digital infrastructure that underpins our unique compounding pharmacy operations. Your primary responsibility will be to define, execute, and iterate on a strategic roadmap designed to optimize our complex laboratory workflows, enhance the crucial interactions between healthcare providers and patients, and uphold our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in the industry. • You will collaborate closely with clinical and laboratory leadership to conceptualize and implement highly specialized digital workflows. The goal is to significantly increase operational throughput while rigorously maintaining and enhancing our unwavering commitment to quality and precision in every step of the compounding process. • You will take full ownership of the entire lifecycle of our internal proprietary tools. This includes the initial discovery phase, meticulous requirement gathering from diverse stakeholders, through to successful deployment and continuous iteration based on performance data and user feedback. • A key aspect of this role involves developing and integrating sophisticated systems for data-driven quality control. These systems will automate and meticulously track clinical quality gates, ensuring absolute adherence to both internal protocols and all relevant external safety and regulatory standards. • You will serve as the essential bridge, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between the "Front of House" (encompassing patient and provider experience teams), the "Back of House" (laboratory operations and clinical staff), and our dedicated Engineering team. This ensures that all technological developments are aligned with the practical needs of our operations and the ultimate goals of patient care. • As an Agile Leader, you will guide and inspire your development squad through agile sprints. Your focus will be on maintaining a high-velocity, well-prioritized backlog that consistently targets and delivers high-impact operational "unlocks" and improvements. • Given Strive Pharmacy's specialization in high-complexity custom compounding medications and prescriptions, this role demands a profound focus on several specialized areas: • Precision Protocol Integration: You will design and oversee systems capable of managing intricate clinical formulations and precise, ingredient-level logic essential for custom compounding. • Regulatory Infrastructure: A critical responsibility is ensuring that all internal digital systems are inherently compliant with stringent regulatory standards, including USP <795>, <797>, and <800>, as well as HIPAA and all applicable state-level healthcare regulations. • Hardware-Software Synergy: You will manage the critical integration of specialized clinical laboratory equipment, such as precision balances, scanners, and sensors, with our internal data environments. This ensures the capture of real-time, accurate data essential for quality and compliance. • Traceability & Logistics: You will be instrumental in developing advanced tracking mechanisms for high-value raw materials and finished specialized pharmaceutical preparations, ensuring end-to-end visibility and control. • This role offers a unique opportunity to build the foundational technology that will drive Strive Pharmacy's growth and innovation for the next decade, tackling some of the most complex logical and operational challenges within the pharmaceutical industry.
