📋 Description
- • The Pharmareferent (m/w/d) role is a field-based position responsible for promoting prescription pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare professionals in the Munich region, contributing to Viatris’ mission of improving global access to high-quality medicines.
- • Day-to-day activities include planning and conducting medical visits, managing sales territory performance, ensuring compliant sample distribution, analyzing market data, organizing regional training sessions, building relationships with key opinion leaders, developing local sales strategies in coordination with marketing and medical teams, documenting all activities in Veeva CRM, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and handling administrative tasks such as expense reporting and adverse event reporting within 24 hours.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in pharmaceutical sales, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement while gaining experience in CRM systems, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to grow into broader commercial or medical affairs positions within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Several years of field experience in prescription pharmaceutical (Rx) sales
- • Authorization as a Pharmareferent under § 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG)
- • Solid knowledge of pharmacology, therapy areas, and current clinical study data
- • Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
- • Residence in or near the assigned territory (Munich-Mitte, Nord-West, Dachau, Erding, Freising)
- • Strong communication, interpersonal, and scientific presentation skills with a customer- and service-oriented mindset
