- • As a Phone Numbers Operations Specialist 1 at Twilio, you will serve as a dedicated point of contact for ISVs and direct customers managing phone number porting processes, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience while supporting Twilio’s Super Network mission to catalog, orchestrate, and deliver global connectivity.
- • Day to day, you will respond to customer inquiries via email, troubleshoot basic-to-intermediate product or service issues, action carrier partner notifications, triage complex issues to appropriate teams, and work independently to resolve operational challenges within your domain while maintaining SLA compliance.
- • You will join Twilio’s Product Operations team, a remote-first, globally distributed group committed to innovation, inclusion, and connection, where you’ll contribute to the infrastructure that powers communications for hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of developers worldwide.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in telecommunications operations, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and customer issue resolution, gaining hands-on experience with Twilio’s Super Network while building skills in prioritization, communication, and independent problem-solving that support long-term career growth in operations and technology.
