  • • As a Pipeline Marketing Manager at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will own the strategy and execution of programs designed to generate and accelerate qualified pipeline for a B2B SaaS company leveraging AI capabilities, directly impacting predictable revenue growth and sales efficiency.
  • • You will partner closely with Sales and RevOps teams to align marketing initiatives with quarterly revenue goals, ensuring that campaigns are not only creative but also measurable and tied to business outcomes in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), email, webinars, and content syndication, all designed to attract and nurture high-intent leads.
  • • You will translate complex AI and SaaS product value propositions into clear, compelling, pipeline-focused messaging that resonates with target buyer personas and drives engagement across the funnel.
  • • A core part of your role will involve managing campaign forecasts, setting pipeline targets, and delivering performance reporting using attribution insights to continuously optimize programs based on funnel data and conversion trends.
  • • You will collaborate with Sales and RevOps to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), manage lead stage progression, and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates through coordinated nurturing and handoff processes.
  • • The role requires fluency with remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana, as well as proven experience working fully remote with US- or UK-based companies — a non-negotiable requirement for consideration.
  • • You will work within a tech-forward organization that values data-driven decision-making, where your expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot or Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) will be essential to tracking, measuring, and scaling pipeline performance.

  • • Strong understanding of AI-enabled products and complex SaaS buyer journeys
  • • Track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue impact
  • • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
  • • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
  • • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies
