- • As a Pipeline Operations Business Partner at Deel, you will lead the development and refinement of the global pipeline and revenue model, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue health by leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and data-driven insights to optimize performance for sales and revenue teams.
- • You will own end-to-end evaluation and implementation of critical tools and technologies, design and drive AI-orchestrated pipeline engines, partner with executive leadership on go-to-market strategies, lead cross-functional change management, drive operational excellence through automation, govern the revenue tech stack, lead quarterly performance reviews, co-own pipeline forecasting and gap closure, and serve as a thought partner to senior leaders in board-level discussions and planning cycles.
- • You will join Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, a fastest-growing SaaS company with a $17.3 billion valuation and $1B in ARR, supporting workers in 150+ countries and processing $11.2 billion in payments in 2024 alone, with a team of 7,000 across 100+ countries and a culture of innovation, diversity, and continuous learning.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in revenue operations, AI-driven pipeline optimization, and cross-functional leadership, positioning yourself as a strategic leader in global work transformation while impacting millions of working lives through data-driven decision-making and process innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or strategy & operations at a high-growth SaaS startup
- • Strong analytical proficiency with Excel, G-Sheets, and SQL as a plus
- • Experience maintaining a modern sales tech stack including Salesforce, enrichment tools, sales engagement platforms, and data providers
- • Deep knowledge of demand funnel metrics (MQL, SAL, SQL, CW) and pipeline operations across all segments
- • Ability to translate complex findings into clear, structured communication for non-technical audiences
- • Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects including scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, and change management
