  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing complex client risk profiles and designing customized insurance solutions by leveraging deep knowledge of policy forms, terms, conditions, and evolving market offerings. The role involves proactive market outreach to both established and emerging insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage terms, including negotiating favorable rates, conditions, and policy structures for new and renewal business. Executives prepare detailed insurance proposals, submit applications for quotes, and maintain rigorous documentation of all placements and client interactions.
  • • A critical aspect of the role is cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with key underwriters, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, informed decision-making and access to exclusive market opportunities.
