📋 Description
- • Support the development and communication of network demand forecasts to operational stakeholders across fulfillment and pharmacy operations.
- • Monitor capacity across fulfillment and pharmacy operations to identify potential constraints, imbalances, and execution risks.
- • Partner with Operations and Business Analytics teams to align forecast, capacity, and labor plans across the entire network.
- • Convert forecasted demand and production volume into labor hours using established planning frameworks and models.
- • Calculate and publish weekly hours targets by department and site to guide workforce scheduling and allocation.
- • Monitor Planned vs. Actual hours performance, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- • Differentiate between gaps in planning models and execution issues to enable accurate decision-making and accountability.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across Operations, Recruiting, HR, Learning, and Finance teams.
- • Coordinate planning cadences and follow-up meetings to ensure consistent execution of labor plans.
- • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve planning assumptions, workflows, and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- • Maintain and update labor models, including productivity assumptions and operational constraints.
- • Partner with Business Analytics to develop standardized reporting and scalable planning tools to support long-term planning needs.
- • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of all planning assumptions, outputs, model updates, and process changes.
- • Translate complex operational data into actionable insights for non-analytical stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- • Ensure labor planning outputs are aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational realities across multiple sites.
- • Proactively surface risks and bottlenecks in workforce planning to prevent service disruptions or labor shortages.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing historical performance data and recommending model refinements.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure labor plans are executable and supported by adequate recruitment and training pipelines.
- • Maintain data integrity across planning systems and ensure consistency between forecast inputs and output metrics.
- • Support the integration of planning outputs into broader operational dashboards and performance tracking systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, production planning, supply planning, demand planning, or operations analytics
- • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- • Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, including data analysis (Lookups, PivotTables, scenario modeling, and structured logic)
- • Familiarity with ERP, planning systems, or reporting tools
- • Basic SQL or BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and drive insights
