• • As a Platform Engineer at Incident Technologies, Inc., you will be instrumental in architecting, building, and maintaining the foundational infrastructure that empowers our product engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions with speed, reliability, and security. You will be the backbone of our development process, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and designed for optimal developer experience.
• • You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our infrastructure, from initial design and implementation to ongoing maintenance and optimization. This includes leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, primarily with Terraform, to manage and provision our cloud resources efficiently and reproducibly.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve enhancing and maintaining our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. You will work to streamline the deployment process, reduce lead times, and increase the overall reliability and success rate of our releases, ensuring that our product engineers can deploy code confidently and frequently.
