📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Supabase and AWS Solutions Architects, building trusted relationships to position Supabase as the default backend platform for AWS customers seeking open-source alternatives to vendor lock-in.
• Develop and deliver technical workshops, training modules, and enablement content tailored to AWS SAs, enabling them to confidently recommend Supabase in customer engagements focused on PostgreSQL migration and modern backend architecture.
• Create hands-on demos, integration guides, and reference architectures that clearly illustrate Supabase’s interoperability with core AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and RDS, making technical fit immediately legible to enterprise customers.
• Partner directly with AWS SAs on active customer opportunities, providing real-time technical support to resolve implementation blockers, accelerate deal cycles, and feed actionable pipeline intelligence back to Supabase’s partnerships and product teams.
• Troubleshoot complex integration scenarios involving Supabase’s Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search features within AWS environments, then transform solutions into reusable, scalable assets for broader enablement.
• Maintain a tight feedback loop with Supabase’s product and engineering teams to ensure technical guidance, documentation, and product improvements align with real-world use cases encountered by AWS SAs and their customers.
• Write detailed technical blog posts, customer case studies, and whitepapers that showcase successful Supabase implementations in AWS ecosystems, emphasizing scalability, cost-efficiency, and developer experience.
• Represent Supabase at key industry events including re:Invent, AWS regional summits, developer meetups, and open-source conferences, delivering talks and participating in panels to increase brand visibility and technical credibility.
• Produce video content, interactive tutorials, and learning experiences designed to reduce the time-to-fluency for AWS SAs unfamiliar with Supabase, accelerating adoption and enabling self-service enablement.
• Measure and report success using co-sell pipeline metrics (ACE), influenced deal volume, SA training completion rates, and adoption metrics tied to technical content consumption and engagement.
• Operate in a fully async, globally distributed environment, independently managing priorities, responding to AWS SA inquiries, and proactively identifying new verticals or migration paths where Supabase can add value.
• Collaborate with Supabase’s marketing and content teams to align technical narratives with broader messaging, ensuring consistency across all external-facing materials targeting the AWS partner ecosystem.
• Stay current on AWS service updates, roadmap changes, and partner program incentives to ensure Supabase’s positioning remains strategically aligned and competitively differentiated.
• Act as a thought leader within the AWS ecosystem by contributing to forums, answering technical questions, and engaging with the AWS community to build long-term trust and brand loyalty toward Supabase.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles with deep hands-on AWS experience
• Previous experience working at AWS or as an AWS partner is required
• Strong technical foundation in PostgreSQL, APIs, and modern development frameworks like React and Next.js
• Understanding of AWS Solutions Architects’ incentives, recommendation patterns, and partner ecosystem dynamics
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and building enablement playbooks from scratch in a fast-paced, remote environment
