As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the technical implementation and client delivery of our cutting-edge platform offerings across the APAC region.
• • **Drive Technical Implementation and Client Success:** This role is deeply involved in the technical aspects of integrating our platform with clients. You will be instrumental in defining and supporting client workflows, translating their unique business needs into functional platform configurations. This includes actively participating in product demonstrations, meticulously designing processes, and ensuring seamless integration that aligns with client objectives and target operating models.
• • **Master Client Onboarding and UAT:** A key responsibility will be to support the end-to-end client onboarding process. This involves contributing to the definition of test cases and actively managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production environment rollouts. Your efforts will directly contribute to a smooth and successful client experience from initial setup to full operational use.
• • **Configure and Manage Technical Integrations:** You will be hands-on in managing critical technical integrations and configurations. This includes setting up and maintaining Single Sign-On (SSO), Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, ensuring that data transfer is both secure and highly efficient. Your work will be crucial for the operational integrity of our platform.
• • **Excel in Data Integration and Analysis:** Dive deep into complex data models and large datasets to meet client integration and reporting requirements. You will be responsible for validating and transforming data from various sources, including flat files like CSV, ensuring the utmost accuracy and completeness. • • **Develop and Maintain ETL Pipelines:** Contribute to the implementation of basic ETL pipelines and take ownership of maintaining and enhancing existing ones.
