• • As a Platform Management - Senior Manager at FICO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and driving business impact by combining market, client, domain, and product knowledge to profitably manage products throughout their lifecycle.
• • Day to day, you will work with clients and internal teams to document future product enhancements, manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategic planning to production deployment, maintain an 18-month rolling roadmap prioritized by client needs, prioritize development efforts for sprint and quarterly planning, enable Professional Services and Product Support to delight clients, support sales teams on large deals or partnerships, and drive cross-functional activities across engineering, QA, product management, security, architecture, and product support.
