- • Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations aligned with platform best practices for financial institutions
- • Configure and deploy backend settings using JSON, REST APIs, and Postman to support customer implementations
- • Design sustainable technical solutions that balance client needs with platform stability and long-term maintainability
- • Partner closely with Implementation Managers to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of client requirements
- • Collaborate with Activation Engineers to align system configurations with core integration requirements and technical constraints
- • Configure and validate third-party integrations during the implementation lifecycle
- • Provide client-facing technical support when deep functional or system expertise is required
- • Test and validate new product functionality prior to general availability to ensure implementation readiness and quality
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration decisions, customer-specific setups, and system constraints
- • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- • Submit detailed enhancement requests and well-documented bug reports to Product and Engineering teams based on implementation insights
- • Independently configure customer environments with minimal oversight within the first 6–12 months of employment
- • Build increasing functional expertise across deposit account opening workflows and variations across core banking systems
- • Deliver clean, well-documented configurations that reduce rework and post-launch issues
- • Identify potential configuration risks early and collaborate with Implementation Managers and Activation Engineers to mitigate them
- • Demonstrate strong judgment in balancing customer requests with platform guidelines and industry best practices
- • Contribute actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve scalability and implementation efficiency
- • Develop a reputation internally as a reliable, detail-oriented technical partner with strong written communication skills
- • Work behind the scenes while maintaining close collaboration with client-facing and technical delivery teams
- • Stay curious about system functionality and deepen understanding of banking core variations over time
- • Operate in a remote-first environment with full autonomy and accountability for technical implementation outcomes
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, solution engineering, or backend system configuration within enterprise SaaS
- • Proficiency working with APIs and backend configuration tools (JSON, REST APIs, Postman)
- • Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations
- • Strong written documentation skills
- • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
- • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and technical delivery teams
