- • The PMO Analyst at Syndigo LLC plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility of project and portfolio information across global teams, directly supporting data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency in a fast-growing technology company that powers commerce ecosystems worldwide.
- • Day to day, the PMO Analyst will administer and support core PMO tools such as SuiteProjects Pro/OpenAir, Wrike, Salesforce, and ADP; build and maintain operational and portfolio reports and dashboards using Power BI, Databricks, Excel, and AI/automation tools; produce regular reporting for PMO, Ops, and global leadership; monitor portfolio health, risks, utilization, and capacity; govern adherence to PMO processes and templates; support users with tooling queries across time zones; and contribute to continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled enhancements.

- • In this role, the PMO Analyst will deepen expertise in PMO governance, data integrity, and reporting automation; gain hands-on experience with AI tools like Copilot and modern BI platforms; develop cross-functional collaboration skills across global teams; and contribute to building a modern, AI-enabled PMO capability, positioning themselves for growth in project operations, business analysis, or PMO leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- • 3–7 years’ experience in PMO, reporting, business analysis, operations, or similar data/analytics-oriented roles
- • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling) and practical experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- • Experience with PSA or PPM tools (e.g. SuiteProjects Pro, Wrike) and understanding of project, resource, and time-entry data
- • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is advantageous
- • Strong knowledge of and interest in AI tools, automation trends, and innovations (particularly Copilot)
- • Experience working in or alongside a PMO, project support, reporting, or business operations function
- • Understanding of basic project management concepts (agile, waterfall, full lifecycle, RAID, status reporting, change control)
- • High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and ability to work independently across global teams
