PMO Manager

📋 Description

• • As a PMO Manager at CDW Corporation, you will shape and develop the services vision and strategy for a technology portfolio within the Integrated Technology Solutions organization, balancing financial and operational results with coworker development and client focus to drive successful offerings and elevate Program and Project Manager capabilities.
• • Day to day, you will lead team financials and performance management for a 100+ million-dollar project portfolio, coach and mentor team members on technical and consulting skills, drive quality control, manage utilization and project escalations, partner with sales and solutions teams on client outcomes, and lead internal initiatives to standardize PMO tools, templates, and methodology.
• • You will join CDW’s ITS organization, a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider that partners with businesses, government, education, and healthcare to turn ideas into outcomes through trust, collaboration, and a coworker-first culture where meaningful work happens when people feel supported and empowered.
• • In this role, you will develop leadership in financial oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic advisory while championing CDW’s AI-fluent vision, mentoring new hires, building relationships across Services, Solutions, Sales, and Recruiting teams, and gaining experience managing geographically dispersed teams in a matrix organization.
