- • The PMO Project Quality Coordinator supports SailPoint’s Professional Services Project Governance Program, playing a critical role in ensuring project quality, compliance, and adherence to standards across client engagements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include administering and overseeing the Project Governance program, conducting quality and compliance reviews for active client engagements, identifying gaps or issues, implementing systems to proactively engage project managers, and ensuring key project tasks are completed on time.
- • The role operates within SailPoint’s PS PMO team, collaborating closely with PS Delivery, Operations, and RMO teams to support governance processes and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
- • Over time, the individual will evolve from managing compliance reporting to optimizing governance processes, refining the Project Governance program with leadership, and ultimately independently overseeing the program—becoming a recognized authority in governance and compliance within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
- • 2 years of relevant experience using enterprise software in a business analysis function
- • Experience working with Professional Services teams and creating reports to represent business performance
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present strategic issues and solutions to senior leadership
- • Experience with PowerPoint and providing data and key performance indices for presentations
- • Strong attention to detail combined with high-level vision
- • Motivated self-starter with high energy level
- • Proven ability to cultivate strong working relationships and collaborate effectively within teams
- • Excellent strategic and tactical business skills, with passion for using data to drive better decision making
- • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent experience
