📋 Description
- • As a PMO Quality and Governance Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the Project Management Office operates with consistency, integrity, and measurable quality by monitoring compliance, analyzing performance trends, and strengthening processes through documentation, testing, and training.
- • Day to day, you will monitor PMO processes for compliance, collect and analyze quality and compliance data, support audit preparation, identify process gaps and risks, assist in implementing quality assurance protocols, and collaborate with technology partners to explore AI-assisted monitoring and automation opportunities.
- • You will join a PMO team of over 30 dedicated professionals at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, which fosters a positive, supportive environment committed to professional growth through role-based learning and a sponsored mentoring program.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in governance, quality assurance, and process improvement while gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms, AI-assisted analytics, and automation initiatives that drive modernization and efficiency across the PMO.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of professional experience in Healthcare and/or IT environment)
- • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft platforms including SharePoint, Visio, and Excel (PivotTables and formulas)
- • Experience in business analysis, project management, or quality control within healthcare or IT environments
- • Strong written and verbal skills to summarize deficiencies, document processes, and engage with stakeholders
- • Ability to work independently with minimal instructions and maintain high accuracy in monitoring compliance
