📋 Description

• Podcast Coordinator at Latamcent, responsible for owning the full operational and promotional side of the WHO WE HIRE podcast hosted by Luiz Cent, enabling the host to focus on interviews while ensuring consistent, high-quality episode delivery.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and building a target list of high-fit guests (founders, executives, senior hiring leaders), running personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and DM, managing the full guest pipeline from first contact to confirmed recording, preparing the host and guest before each episode, repurposing content into platform-native social posts for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, and maintaining a clean tracking system for outreach, recordings, and publish schedule.
• The team is a lean, founder-led operation at Latamcent, centered around the WHO WE HIRE podcast and video series, which showcases authentic hiring stories from top leaders; the role supports the host’s mission to share real insights on talent decisions.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in podcast production, guest relations, content repurposing, and B2B outreach, while building a measurable impact on audience reach and episode consistency — with clear potential to grow into a full-time, expanded operations role.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written English for representing the host in cold outreach and guest communication
• 1+ year in a coordinator, assistant, or content operations role
• Organized and proactive: ability to close loops and follow up without being asked
• Able to write social captions that sound human-written, not scheduler-generated
• Reliable and consistent: able to meet hard deadlines tied to a publish calendar
