📋 Description
- • Eigen Labs is building the infrastructure for agentic companies, creating trust layers for autonomous systems through EigenCloud, and this role supports their mission by producing a podcast that amplifies leadership vision and builds community trust in the digital economy.
- • As Podcast Ops Associate, you will own the end-to-end operational execution of a leadership-driven podcast, ensuring seamless publishing, guest coordination, and content distribution so that Eigen Labs’ ideas reach audiences reliably and professionally.
- • You will manage episode publishing across Substack, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other distributors, including uploading audio, writing show notes, managing metadata, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date podcast pages.
- • You will clean, format, and publish transcripts using tools like Descript or Otter, organize written assets tied to each episode, and ensure all content is accessible and polished for audience consumption.
- • You will pull and summarize platform analytics on a recurring basis to surface listener insights, engagement trends, and performance metrics for the content and communications team.
- • You will coordinate guest logistics end-to-end, including shipping microphones and swag, scheduling recordings, managing follow-up communications, and ensuring a professional experience for all participants.
- • You will identify and route post-episode partnership or business opportunities to the appropriate internal owners, helping turn content into tangible outcomes.
- • You will support in-person recording logistics when needed, including studio or venue coordination, production setup, and cameraman coordination, particularly for Bay Area-based sessions.
- • You will help repurpose podcast content into follow-on materials such as articles, social clips, or newsletters to maximize reach and impact across channels.
- • You will work directly with the Director of Content, Comms & Community in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment where reliability, ownership, and operational excellence are valued over hierarchy.
- • You will build and refine repeatable systems around creative workflows, gaining deep experience in podcast operations, audience analytics, and cross-functional coordination in a Web3-native tech company.
- • You will contribute to Eigen Labs’ broader goal of making digital institutions trustworthy by helping shape a credible, consistent voice for the agentic future.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven hands-on experience managing podcast operations end-to-end, including publishing, guest coordination, and analytics, not just supportive roles.
- • Direct familiarity with Substack, Spotify for Podcasters, and Apple Podcasts Connect for episode uploads, metadata management, and platform maintenance.
- • Experience with transcript editing tools such as Descript, Otter, or similar platforms for cleaning, formatting, and publishing accurate transcripts.
- • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows without missing deadlines or details.
- • Excellent asynchronous communication habits, proactively updating stakeholders and keeping teams aligned across time zones and schedules.
- • Comfort with light logistics coordination, including shipping equipment, scheduling vendors, and managing guest follow-up via email or messaging tools.
- • Self-starter mindset capable of working independently in a fast-paced, minimally supervised environment with high ownership and initiative.
- • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area preferred, with availability for occasional in-person support for studio recordings or team coordination.
