📋 Description
- • As a Podcast Producer at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will own the end-to-end production of podcast content across audio and YouTube platforms, shaping stories that engage global audiences and support the company’s mission to connect top talent with vetted employers.
- • Day to day, you will develop episode outlines and scripts, coordinate guest bookings, oversee recordings for audio and video quality, edit rough cuts, adapt content for YouTube with visuals and metadata, publish to platforms like Spotify and Apple Podcasts, perform quality checks, and maintain production workflows and style guides.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of podcast production experience (end-to-end)
- • Familiarity with podcast hosting tools and YouTube publishing workflows
- • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
- • Self-directed with a sharp attention to detail
- • Audio editing (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity) – Nice-to-Have
- • Basic video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut) – Nice-to-Have
