• • The Podcast Production Coordinator manages the final stages of podcast production, ensuring every episode and related asset is reviewed, organized, and fully ready for publishing. This role is critical to maintaining quality and consistency across a high-volume podcast network focused on business and professional audiences.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing completed podcast episodes for audio and video quality, identifying missed edits or formatting inconsistencies, making light editing adjustments, managing workflow from post-recording to final delivery, organizing content assets, handling guest communication for approvals and follow-ups, and supporting the production team with quick edits when needed.
• • The company operates a growing podcast network with strong internal systems and automations, managing a high volume of episodes across multiple shows each month. They are seeking someone to own the final stages of workflow to ensure accuracy, organization, and smooth delivery for U.S.-based clients.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in podcast production workflows, quality control systems, media asset management, and cross-timezone coordination. They will gain hands-on experience with editing tools like Descript and Adobe Premiere Pro, refine organizational and communication skills, and contribute directly to the reliability and scalability of a growing media operation.
