- • Own the end-to-end creative pipeline for a fast-growing US eCommerce brand, acting as the single point of intake for every asset request—paid social, display, email, landing pages, pitch decks, and internal presentations—so nothing ever falls through the cracks.
- • Translate vague or incomplete briefs into razor-sharp Trello/Asana tickets with crystal-clear deliverables, owners, milestones, and due dates that every stakeholder signs off on before work begins.
- • Partner daily with Marketing, Growth, and Creative teams across US East and West Coast time zones to prioritize work, consolidate feedback, and reset expectations when scope or timelines shift.
- • Coordinate a distributed squad of designers, copywriters, motion artists, and external freelancers so every project ships on time, on spec, and on brand—while keeping morale high and meeting fatigue low.
- • Build and maintain a living, breathing project tracker that surfaces status, risks, and blockers in real time; flag issues early and proactively unblock the team before anything slips.
- • Run lightweight but effective stand-ups, check-ins, and retros that keep stakeholders aligned without burying creatives in unnecessary meetings or status theater.
- • Export, QA, and deliver final assets in the exact formats, dimensions, and naming conventions required by each channel; maintain shared libraries of spec sheets, templates, and brand guidelines so future work is plug-and-play.
- • Keep version control immaculate—every PSD, AI, Figma file, and copy doc lives in the right folder, with clear naming and change logs, so anyone can find anything in under 30 seconds.
- • Support photoshoots and vendor projects end-to-end: place product orders, track shipments, manage invoices, wrangle internal stakeholders, and guard against scope creep and last-minute chaos.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement—document new workflows, propose automation, and share wins and lessons learned so the entire team levels up every quarter.
- • Be the friendly but firm gatekeeper who can confidently say “no,” push back on out-of-scope requests, and negotiate trade-offs that protect both creative quality and business goals.
