• • The Polish Payroll Specialist at CloudPay Limited plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for global customers, directly supporting the company’s mission to be the world’s most trusted global payroll partner.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing monthly payroll with precision, validating results, researching discrepancies, calculating statutory payments (sickness, maternity, paternity), maintaining Polish Social Security platforms (Płatnik, ZUS PUE), managing disability fund submissions via e-Pfron, preparing reports for the Statistical Office, handling customer payroll queries, and assisting with annual PIT declarations and insurance confirmations.
