Portfolio Manager Senior

📋 Description

• • As a Portfolio Manager Senior for the P&C Portfolio Management Office at USAA, you will support CoSA or LOB portfolios, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, standards, controls, and regulations while aligning work efforts with strategic objectives through effective prioritization, planning, budgeting, delivery, and benefits realization.
• • Day to day, you will monitor and govern low to moderately complex portfolios, complete EPMO governance routines, resolve systemic cross-work risks and interdependencies, leverage analytics to identify financial management risks, monitor for stale work efforts, support CoSA planning with Enterprise Integrated Planning, make prioritization recommendations to senior leadership, communicate portfolio status to stakeholders, review portfolio health and performance, drive organizational change adoption per USAA’s Change Management methodology, and ensure risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled per risk and compliance policies.
